EHD propulsor

This just showed up in the Yahoo Lifters Group, I’m pasting it here. It’s a pretty good demonstration of the basic “Biefeld Brown Effect” — except that is labeled as an “EHD Propulsor.” I don’t think it’s “EHD” (ElectroHydroDynamics) because the material separating the electrodes in this case is a SOLID rod, not a fluid.
