Heloooooo Everyone

Thank you for all that healing energy. I'm off the pain killers, breating normally (few back spasms but no major deal)
I am healthy enough to climb ladders and run telephone and Internet cable wirring again. So I'm getting back to work and also finnishing of the seven prototypes "PP" I promissed a bunch of you. Sorry I got into difficulty after my four day trip back east to Gaspe and I got a blood clot in my Dialysis shunt an had to be teated on the fifth day (two days past the treatment shedule).

so Just to tell you that I'm Ok, and back in the saddle.

Is this the end of this thread? If not, now is the time to post your questions about this interview with Bill Scott.

Trickfox,

Glad to hear that you are doing better and off the pain killers. Will pray more healing energies for your back. My wife's back is in bad shape and she gets some relief taking glucosomine.

Now who is Bill Scott?

Never mind Bill, I think i'm in the wrong thread. It wasen't really important anyhow. This forum is getting so big with thousands of posts and it's getting harder for me to keep up reading all the stuff on here every day. I was in a dilaudid haze when I recently posted something here, and I though there was still unanswered questions I guess.

I'm watching the SCI FI miniseries called "TAKEN" by Stephen Speilberg. in Many ways it is a fascinating story about UFO, aliens, and the story of a familly secret kept in the familly. Even if it is fiction, it is quite fascinating ad talks bout Black projects too.

Has anyone else seen any of these one or two hour miniseries on TV yet?

i know what you mean, Trickfox...we have so many balls in the air and every one of them is related to everyone else, somehow.
I think the reason we're talking about Bill Scott is because he interviewed you way back when. Was it for the article that is the subject of this thread?

Yea..... that was it. Thanks Rose.

How about that Spielberg miniseries "Taken". Has anyone else seen this? it is actually VERY WELL DONE.

B2: low-observable materials degrade in the presence of moisture.

[David] Koopersmith [Boeing vice-president of advanced precision engagement and mobility systems (APE&MS)] will say little about the image Boeing has released of its bomber concept other than to confirm that it is "very representative of what's in the public domain".
One area where a significant improvement could be made over today's B-2 is in the sustainability of the low-observable materials that cover the aircraft, which are liable to degrade in the presence of moisture.

DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals on the topic of a Submersible Aircraft.

DARPA is interested in a feasibility study and experiments to prove out the possibility of making an aircraft that can maneuver underwater. The proposal needs to outline a conceptual design along with identifying the major technological limitations that need to be overcome in order to maneuver an aircraft underwater. In addition to the conceptual design studies, performers need to outline experiments or computational models that will be used to demonstrate that the major technological limitations can be overcome.

So very nice to hear from you again. There is some indication that the powdered substance often seen flowing around the B2 wing as it takes off is a whole lot more important than dust, and that it is essentially part of the propulsion technology itself. has anyone else ever heard of this?

From the article that Rose posted, these concepts certainly stand out
# Low-observable ceramics made from powdered, depleted uranium. The
resulting dielectric material has approximately 92% the bulk density
of depleted uranium, but is about 20 times harder. So far, the
ceramic has been demonstrated in a "stealth artillery shell" that
cannot be detected by radar. Although the ceramic is of great interest
to the U.S. Army, "black world" power struggles over ownership of its
manufacturing process is preventing the material's broad application.
Trickfox; I saw the movie you mentioned as a complete series on DVD early last year, I think there were 6 disks all up?. It is a good show and as you said its well done and has an interesting and plausible story line to it.

Arc,

It would have to be a uranium oxide or some other ionic form. Uranium metal is like lead (Pb) and much more dense. The metal should show up on radar. Now an oxide form which may also act as a dielectric may be a different matter. It may not show up on radar. An air monitor or Geiger Mueller (GM) instrument nearby would indicate if radioactive particles (contamination) were present. I'm sure the Air Force would not wish to disclose that the airplane emits radioactive contamination every time it flies. EPA would not want to catch wind (pardon the pun!) of that!

It's one thing to contaminate enemy land you're invading, but another thing to contaminate your Air Force bases on US soil...
