Townsend Brown, Space Metal, DARPA and the Air Force.

I have mentioned this report by Michael Swords more than once. It is, for now, still available on the web;

THE SKY IS FALLING: a Walk on the Wild Side with DARPA and the Air Force.

Given the timing of the report, and the reported composition of the material (aluminum with a high concentration of Barium on the surface) I suspect that Townsend was chasing a fall of space junk from a US or Soviet satellite.

BTW, I downloaded a PDF of the linked site (which I'm pretty sure I've seen before) in case it disappears.

It's "a multigenerational project." What's your hurry?
