TT Brown stove top method
TT Brown stove top method
I was just wondering what the process was that TT Brown used when he cooked rocks on a stove top. I remembered reading that he cooked some type of rocks on a stove to obtain certain results. This reminded me of the Hutchison Effect. Please fill me in.

Cooked rocks ?
Cooked rocks ? I know Townsend dried rocks in order to drive off absorbed water from rocks as a part of the petrovoltaic research.
Water tended to distrupt his measurements, as well as temperature, proximity of fluctuating electrical fields, etc., which were all neutralized over the course of his research.
Perhaps this is what you are referring to ?
