Re: NOTEPAD for RANDOM IDEAS
Hi All, Just to put this in simpler terms, our senses as we know them are receivers in terms of sight, sound, smell, taste and touch. Yet each of us (or many) experience things in subtle (or not so subtle) ways that are different from individual to individual. We also have many transmitters, vocal, ...

Re: ROBOTS AND CONCIOUSNESS
Actually AM, I should find my original message and who I sent it to. One of the suppositions that I made was that for some of the participants in these forums, it's not where they are from but rather when they are from. It would sure explain much. And even though I am an avid movie buff with a subst...

Re: ROBOTS AND CONCIOUSNESS
I have actually had this thought on my mind for some time, and this is something that I kind of questioned someone about a while back, but never got an answer. So, let’s just suppose... That the "speaker" was in fact a communications device (maybe at first) and that it had the ability to c...

Re: ROBOTS AND CONCIOUSNESS
Just to kind of further agree with AM, I have always wondered why his speaker design, which was said to have unusually clear and defined sound characteristics, is still not found in any audio sound systems to this day (to my knowledge). Us audiophites would pay dearly for such sound quality! Linda B...

Re: PETROVOLTAICS - Electricity from Rocks
Hi All, Ok, so rocks can generate electricity? So what is to say that the earth itself is not capible of generating electrical or other types of energy? Say, electric power, or other sources that no one has botherd to think about? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earth_battery http://www.icehouse.net/jo...

Re: ROBOTS AND CONCIOUSNESS
Hi All! I was reading the posts in this thread when a thought occured to me! This thought may be way off, but has anyone considered that the "speaker" may have, in it's own way been a communications device and that he was "tuning" it to get better reception, or maybe better broda...

Re: NOTEPAD for RANDOM IDEAS
Linda B., Im sorry if I was not clear and for now I think I will leave it at that. I do agree that words on paper cannot properly express the meanings and feelings we all have on this topic. I do think that a round table discussion on this topic with the people in this forum would be a facinating, i...

Re: NOTEPAD for RANDOM IDEAS
Sigh, Guess many be chasing me around with baseball bats! So AM, what good is obtaining knowledge in that manner. Knowledge gained without the pain of understanding and the experience of using it the most dangerous of creatures. I say this because the acquisition of information which you have not ea...

Re: NOTEPAD for RANDOM IDEAS
Hi Fred! I would tend to come to task with you on this statement. Raising one's spiritual awareness would seem to indicate a higher moral standard. I feel that higher spirituality is am embracing of love, honesty, and trust. There are of course lower spirit entities, but they haven't the propensity ...

Re: NOTEPAD for RANDOM IDEAS
Just a thought, but I would think that it would take much more than just a higher spiritual state. Like more importantly, how about a higher moral state as well. It seems to that throughout time, many have claimed high spiritual values while slaughtering hundreds, thousands or millions of people. Th...

Re: Making this work and other questions.
Hi Kevin, Wish I were, I would be making a ton of $$ right now... So, the problem may be that their is a timer on how long a window is open before it times out. When that happens, you will loose the original content of the message because you are in essence no longer connected to the server an...

For those having the "dissapearing post" problem, how long from the time you open the message you are posting into and the time you click submit?

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS
Gregg I think you need to think "Pack", just a circle would be impractical, but if you used a square for example and had x by x rows it would only need a fraction of the surface area, and you can also include Z and stack them. I am just thinking on the practical side. Oh yea, don't forget ...
