Has anyone ever heard of the MJ documents. While wondering around Borders and just looking at books. I came across this in one of the books, MJ-12 and the PI-40. I also came across something called the PI-40. To me, sounds like a cover up for what was really going on in theses areas. People are more...

To Mr. Twigsnapper
I just wanted to thank you for all of your help. In correcting my errors and in finishing what I've started. I don't remember all details, but it seems just enough to get the topics going. I'll try and keep remembering things from the past and if I hear of anything from the present, I'll let people ...

a little more about mom
She really didn't explain too much about her past. Sometimes when I was young and stupid, she would tell me a story about something she did. She had said that at one point, she was dating a married man. Never did tell me his name, but that she was in total love with him. She said that, because of on...

The horse who could dance
Yes, I have seen that picture on more than one occasion. And yes, your legs will fall off. At least I thought mine were about to at any time. Don't just use your legs, it's a matter of whole body. I used to be able to ride my horse with just a halter and jump her in it. We were taught how to change ...

Grind, whine, crack, crunch, grind, SMOKE!!!!
Well, take a look at this little google I came across. Sounds like we've met the Russians underwater on more than one occassion. I was searching for the submarines that visited Catalina, when I came across this one, the "Kursk". And on goes the conversation with the Cheshire Cat and Hawaii...

Up Periscope
Does the name USS Pollack (SSN-603) ring a bell? That was one of the submarines that visited Catalina. It was there in July of 1977. I came across it during one of my google adventures.

Ooops, where did that hill come from. Crash!
Elizabeth Still trying to dig things out from the depths of gray matter in my head. I remember that when the Naval plane crashed on Cataling, they had pretty much closed down the island. Most of the fire personel that went to the crash, I believe has had cancer. One of them I remember was Bill Putma...

Elizabeth, That was a little before my time on Catalina. I didn't get there until Dec 75. But I do remember a submarine coming to the island and people were able to take tours on it. It was there for quite a few days. Then left, no one really thinking much about it. The some time later, another sub ...

Lost a brain cell or two
My mistake on the island that was used for live artilery. I believe it was San Nicolas, not San Clemente. Both have air strips, but one seems to be more to it. So, my bad.
Sorry guys.

All aboard to Catalina
Well, lets see what my brain can remember this time. I don't think that my grandfather worked for any agencies or anything. I don't think he would talk about it if he did. But I do know that he loved flying and met some very importand and well known people. As far as Catalina is concerned. Morand En...

First I want to thank people for their welcomes. It's nice to be accepted. As for my grandfather leaving out things in his stories. Is that there was so much to his stories that I don't think everything could be said at once. There was just so much excitement in some of them that all the detail coul...

as a matter of fact
Yes, my mom flew with my grandfather quite often. And so did my brother and I. She had also gotten her pilotes liscense. She used to use the seaplanes for her hours. My brother and I would be strapped in the back seats. No babysitter needed. She spoke of many flights to Bimini and Paradise Island. W...
