I think AM is right when he talks about being cautious. This forum and others like it are powerful magnets for drawing out those who would see the connections in Brown's work, and it provides a convenient means for identifying those people.

That is, maybe this whole thing is bait.

EDITED BY THE AUTHOR OF THE POST Odd, I have been trying to sort through a large volume of information, and AM's posts were part of it. Some of it I saw value in, and other parts I didn't know the value of, but I was set to study it. It was definitely hard to keep up with the flow rate. And now AM'...

AM, You must read a lot. Your ability to comb the forums and all kinds of resources and pull them together is impressive. Also, your insights (from Tesla, and more) hit the nail pretty well for me. I also try to read a lot, but most of my knowledge on these subjects is compartmentalized into conting...

AM,

You're right. There are a lot of nuggets. Sometimes you just need the right angle for the light to reflect off them before you recognize their glimmer. These forums are providing a lot of angles.

Just be wary of fool's gold.

I'd go to the Caroline expedition. That's the crux and the gateway for Dr. Brown. Then that's the crux and the gateway for me.

Both objectively and subjectively: I am jealous. I hope some day it won't be second-hand encounters for me. :)

By the way, anybody and everybody may enjoy MIT's open courseware. It's a bunch of lectures from a wide variety of MIT courses. No tuition required!

Trickfox,

Thanks for the link! It looks like a great way to get some exposure to ideas. Some ideas, of course, may be mistaken, but it's good to be familiar with them anyway. :)

Aubrey de Gray is on the front right now.

Langley, The deuterons aren't going at the speed of light. Normally they just sit there, and the cyclotron accelerates them to pretty-darn-fast. A 1 percent change in the relativistic mass occurs at only 14 percent of the speed of light, and relativistic mass will double at 86.6 percent of the speed...

Re: Trickfox perspective

You still haven't seen what I am saying. You say "now you're being objective" as if what I'm doing "now" is different from what I was doing "before." Perhaps you only finally saw what I was saying? What I was saying didn't change <edit: and an inclination is not a conc...

There is none. So don't believe it. I'm just suggesting that you ought not to disbelieve it either, until you have proof that it wasn't Morgan. Unless there is data either way, we can allow the possibility without coming to a conclusion that that possibility is the truth. Is it likely that it was Mo...

Re: Trickfox perspective

Just because the epilogue says so does not necessarily mean it is so. What proof was given to Paul? None that I am aware of. Just because the book says anything does not necessarily mean it is so. Operating on the assumption that it is so, the question is, "What are the consequences? What does...

Would you give a child a loaded gun? Mikado, What need is there for a submarine if all you need is a mind-soul ability, coordinates, and a comfy chair in a front room? The FTM was related to the high-voltage work Brown had been doing, I'm certain, and it involved corporeal transport. Is that what y...
