Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS

So, what you are saying is that if I can stop leakage I may obtain movement, even with 50kv@1-5mA? Not what I was saying. I was saying leakage determines current flow. If there is no leakage there is no current flow. If there is no current flow then there is no wattage. The only time that the curre...

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS

Mark, What did you do with your 100kV supply? One thing to note with these capacitor type devices. Current flow is not determined so much by the supply, but by the leakage of the capacitor. You could have a 1000 Amp supply and if you hooked it to a disk, the current flow would still only be 1mA or s...

Re: Time Travel Evidence

Skyfish, I can see aether shading occurring naturally when the moon shades the earth from the inflowing aether. The side of the earth that is shaded experiences slightly less gravity, which causes the oceans to rise on that side, creating high tides. What electrical device are you suggesting that is...

FM, Yep, I am familiar with all of those places, that describes my side of the state. I am not sure why but, all of southwestern PA is one big giant horse ranch. Everywhere I drive are massive stables. These don’t seem to be normal folk stuff though, the barns look like luxury hotels with landscaped...

Re: LITTLE GREEN MEN ????

And Gregg, Would it be far by rail, speaking of rails! By rail……from Pittsburgh? I would guess it would be about 8 hours by rail from Pittsburgh, through the allegheney mountains. It is a 6 hour drive by car at highway speeds. I always think of PA as two states, the Philly PA and the Pittsburgh PA....

I cant be 100% certain but I thought that Beam ship Captain was Russell Anderson. He is the car salesman of electrogravity. There is nothing wrong with that either. He has always tried to be ahead of the curve, so when warp drive are finally available he will be marketing them first. It is actually ...

Re: LITTLE GREEN MEN ????

Did you guy's read the text that accompanied the video? This demonstration was from 1999. I would say not bad for a time just before the lifters became popular. Now in the post lifter era it sort of looks like the same old same old, but back then it was an eye opener. TT Brown Electrokinetic Apparat...

Mark,

I think now that your thread has had an official culinary discussion, it has now exhausted all tangents. We can now start to rebuild this thread on topic. You can come back now, it appears to be safe. Look at all the tasty dielectric posts, all on topic.

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS

Mylar seems to be the best inexpensive easy to use dielectric that is most readily readily available. It has one of the highest dielectric strengths (breakdown). It's K value is not as high as BaTiO3, but for a first step it may be the answer. If you are planning on working with high voltages the Ba...
