INSIDE OUT CAPACITORS & CENTRAL GRAVITOR POLES
In the published report, "The Gravitics Situation", mention is made of novel ways to turn capacitors inside-out. Just wondering if the Paris experiments that show capacitors encased in plexiglass could be thought of as such? Anyone know the dimensions/weight of those devices? Also, since M...

LEAKAGE PREVENTS PRESSURE BUILDUP?
Trickfox,
Perhaps a little "leakage" now and then could become a good thing?
I once was told by a plumber, that a little leakage prevents "pressure" buildup and also aids to prevent things from becoming "stuck" or "frozen".
Just 2 cents worth.

Push-Pull
Mikado, like shown in Mr.Brown's notebook.
There was a picture of horizontal motion being created by

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS
As the immortal tv star Benny Hill would say, "Learning all the time, learning all the time". My 100kv power supply went into the aether I suppose, doing one of my many past moves over the years. So, what you are saying is that if I can stop leakage I may obtain movement, even with 50kv@1-...

Well what do we have hear? Someone organized a DANCE and picnic and did not tell me? Mind if I crash the party? Today I learned a very valuable lesson. I once thought that having kilovolts x amperage=wattage was good enough, especially if the wattage was high. BOY WAS I WRONG! In the 1929 issue of S...

NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS?
Would I be correct to, uh hum... assume,
that since no one has responded to my top 3 posts, that this is good news that I may be correct and everyone has read the top 3 posts?

POSSIBLE VERIFICATION?
Here's an idea that just blew in.
If a disk is immobilized and charged with varying voltage and or current,
would one be able to test for radar stealth or other things if the voltage was turned up high enough?
Arcing prevented of course.

FLAME JET ALTERNATIVE
Here is a possible alternative to building a small flame jet generator based upon Mr.Brown's patent. RC jet aircraft use miniature fuel turbines. Some of these turbines emit flames. Prices vary based upon sizes. Perhaps these could be used somehow? RC aircraft magazines are readily available at most...

Re: PROJECT:PEGASUS
Imagine for a moment if you will. Someone, somewhere, working in a non-funded enviroment creates a device capable of levitation and horizontal flight. This device, 1-3 feet in diameter, is powered by 50,000 volts. Weighing about 1 pound, it is discovered that 50kv is the required amount to make this...
